My mum love it, she said e BEST lemon tart that she has eaten. She has diabetic, but she said e sweetness and sour of e lemon is just right, perfect, she gave this lemon tart 100% satisafaction.

This one had mixed reviews. Some couldn’t the taste while others commented too sour. I think it’s individual palette.. I’m good with this !

The lemon tarts were delicious, beautiful, balanced (not too sweet, not too tart) and much enjoyed; however, I ordered them to be delivered during a specific window (10 am to 3 pm), wrote a special note to request they be delivered earlier in the day as they were for my father's birthday, and they came after 3.30 pm after I called and had them tracked down, which was frustrating as I needed them earlier. It would have been appreciated to have my special note considered or have communication from Drips/the delivery company if they were going to be late, or some complimentary offer after as an apology.

This is probably one of the best lemon tarts I had so far. It is the perfect balance of invigorating lemon and sweetness, definitely not for the faint hearted -- only sharp lemon lovers applies!
