WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE? |
Local : 10am - 5pm There will be a redelivery charge of $18 for unsuccessful delivery that is of no fault of ours. Specific 2 hours delivery is chargeable at $25 regardless of amount purchased. |

Free delivery to 1 location above $200 (after discount) and flat charge of $20 otherwise. |

There will be NO cancellations allowed within 24 hours of order made / for other circumstances : an admin fee of 50% of the purchase price will be charged, and there is NO changing of orders too. |

DELIVERY CHARGES? |
Online Delivery A delivery fee of $20 for addresses within the CBD and $30 for other locations applies. An additional $20 may be charged for specific delivery timings. Additional charges of $30 applies to Sentosa & Tuas area for delivery. We regret that we are unable to deliver to Jurong Island and areas with restricted access. |

WHY IS THE DELIVERY CHARGES NOW HIGHER THAN USUAL? |
Apologies : Our logistical services are outsourced to third-party logistics provider. Due to the high demand and severity of the COVID-19 cases, we regret to pass the cost directly to our customers. Thanks for understanding! |
TARTS ORDER |
1. CAN THE MINI TARTS BE SOLD INDIVIDUALLY OR A MIXTURE OF FLAVORS? |
Mini tarts is a min bundle of 12 pieces of same flavor . This is the same even for normal days Cos it’s 2 inch and per bake is 12 pieces. It’s a customised order which we don’t sell in store. |
2. CAN THE ROUND TARTS BE SOLD IN INDIVIDUAL FLAVORS? |
For the round tarts (4 inches) You can purchase individual flavors for In-store or online. |
3: CAN I MIX AND MATCH THE FLAVORS OF TARTS? |
For online orders , the personal round tarts & baked tarts is a twin combi ; meaning that you have to order min 2 tarts of the same flavor : 2 Lemon Meringue 2 Baked Lemon Tart 2 Baked Cinnamon Apple Tart You will be able to find individual pieces when u head to the store from *14/5/20* as we sell the excess bakes from the online orders @ store cos the min ingredients per bake is 4 pieces so when customer orders 2 online / we will retail the other 2 pieces. For delivery , it’s a flat fee of $20 for islandwide for orders via Watsapp. You get free delivery for orders above $200 when u order via website ❤ and the lead time is 2 days for all website orders . This will continue throughout the circuit breaker period. Thanks and keep safe! |

Responsibility of Delivery Drips Bakery will not offer refunds or exchanges for any products that meet our quality standards once a cake/ tart / product has been picked up/delivered and considered “Accepted” by you or another designated party via logistics proof of delivery in good condition/ writing / watsapp / message / sms/ email or any forms of proof of acceptance . |
