We recently enjoyed the strawberry shortcake and it was absolutely delightful! The sweetness was perfectly balanced—not overpowering at all. The cake itself had just the right texture: not too light, not too dense. The fresh cream added a lovely richness without feeling heavy, and everything came together beautifully. It was simply perfect. We also tried the chocolate and pistachio tarts and loved those just as much. Highly recommend!
